  • Do you ship within the UK?
    Yes! All our items are shipped from the UK and we currently deliver to UK addresses only.

  • When will my order be processed?
    Orders are processed between Monday and Friday within 1-2 business days.
    Please note that there are no shipments on weekends.
    Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?
    Processing time: 1–2 business days.
    Shipping time: 3-4 business days

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    All major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    Once an order has been placed, you can cancel it before it’s shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to return it under our 14-day return policy for a refund.

  • Do you accept returns?
    Yes! As required by UK law, all East of India items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • How do I return an item?
    Contact us at info@heartofhearth.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
    Send the item back in its original packaging.
    Once received, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method.

  • What if my item is faulty or damaged?
    If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will provide a full refund or replacement.

  • When will I receive my refund?
    Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
    Credit/debit cards: usually 7–10 business days
    PayPal: typically faster, but check your PayPal account if it hasn’t appeared
    If you haven’t received your refund after that time, here’s what to do: Check with your bank or credit card company -it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
