All of our home and gift items are carefully prepared within 2 working days and usually arrive in 3–4 working days.

Our jewellery pieces are prepared and dispatched by our specialist jewellery partner, and typically arrive within 5–7 working days.

We currently ship to both the UK and the USA.

You’re welcome to return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it’s unused and in its original packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away.
