Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items must be returned safely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
